Well, Hello There!

I've spent the past ten minutes with my cup of coffee (very fitting right?) playing around with the settings on this blog and debating what my first post should be about. Why not a hello and a brief description of what I am hoping to accomplish through this blog? 

Well hello, to the very few people that will probably ever read this post. This blog is now about 13 hours old. So why did I start this blog? I started this blog because I want to document my life and hopefully meet like minded people, families, maybe a dog or two. I follow a lot of blogs written by amazing Christian women with beautiful inspiring blogs and it made me want to start one of my own. I will make a list of the blogs I follow in a later post.

Another reason I started this blog is my fiance, Austin and I just got engaged (as of June 18th) and I really want to be able to document the events in our lives, the good and the bad. I hope to be able to look back a couple years and easily see the fun things we've done and accomplished, but also see the trials we've gone through with the help of God and the progress we have made.

So here's to the start of this blog! I hope you will join me on this crazy journey of life.
